We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your companions feeling their best. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Physical exams: We stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Surgical Services: Our doctors perform everything from spays and neuters to gastrointestinal and bladder surgery in our state of the art surgical suite. When the need arises we can also arrange an in hospital boarded orthopedic surgeon for specialty surgeries like fractures and cruciate ligament repairs. Anesthesia: We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures. Therapeutic, medical-grade laser: The laser works well in conjunction with acupuncture to enhance the benefits of it, but the laser can also be used to encourage the healing of wounds, manage skin disease, help heal orthopedic injuries, as well as help treat and manage discomfort from arthritis and many other health conditions. Internal Medicine/Cardiology Consults: We offer in-hospital cardiology and internal medicine consults, including echocardiograms and abdominal ultrasounds. Radiology Services: Our on-site, digital X-ray equipment provides high quality images to aid in the quick diagnosis of many disorders. Electrocardiography Services: We provide ECG services on-site as well as consultations with cardiology specialists. Dentistry: Our dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, tooth extractions, oral surgery and dental x-ray. Veterinary Acupuncture: Acupuncture is indicated for functional problems such as those that involve paralysis, noninfectious inflammation (such as allergies), and pain. Laboratory: Our in-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis and parasite testing. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consultations. Pharmacy: We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. We also carry a full line of prescription diets.$
